The Story
Growing up in the Netherlands, Jeroen and Diana always had a heart for mission. They emigrated to Australia in 2001, and raised their family of four, Anne, Jozua, David and Naomi in Adelaide and Mount Gambier, while gaining work and life experience in their new country, community and church.
Jeroen is a Chartered Accountant, with experience in audit and management roles in business and local government, with a focus on organisational, finance and system management and process improvement. Diana is a GP, specialising in Obstetrics and Anaesthetics.
In 2017, Jeroen worked for MAF on a short-term basis. Late in 2019, a potential MAF project to reduce the maternal mortality in the remote areas of PNG captured their attention. With changing family responsibilities and their four children having left or about to leave home, God is opening the way for them to serve with MAF.
