The Story
Josh and Ely strive to live their lives under God’s Kingdom values – believing that every human is made in God’s image, deserving love and respect; and that following His plan is the best way to live. They have been blessed with four beautiful children and the busy life that encompasses with Evelyn, Margot, Reuben, and Dorothy.
Josh felt called by God to train as a LAME with the objective of working with MAF one day. He has been working in the general aviation industry since 2009, licenced on engines and airframes and currently works in Ballarat.
Ely has seen God guide her into a career as an Occupational Therapist working in the public mental health service since 2011. This has given her counselling skills and empathy for many diverse groups. She currently works in Melbourne.
Josh and Ely are excited to have the opportunity to respond to God’s call on them as a family to work with MAF as missionaries moving from Victoria to Arnhem Land.They believe God uses ordinary people like them to do His work and to bring Him glory.
